The E7 team traveled to the most northern point of Alaska, Prudhoe Bay—the terminus of the Pan-American highway—to begin the first leg of the seven-continent journey. The Arctic north presented the team with frozen roads along with piercing winds and ice storms as they made their way south to Moab, Utah and the Overland Expo in Arizona. The team then turned the Cruisers east, traversing the Rocky Mountains and the Midwestern plains with a brief stop in New York City, “the cross roads of the world” before completing the trek at Cape Spear, Newfoundland.
